I only replace or exchange items that are defective or damaged. Exchange or replacement is possible for the same product or product with a same value. The policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, I can’t offer you a replacement, or exchange.
The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and state for replacements to be processed. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Because of the custom nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept replacements or exchange for:

Care Instructions
Please do not keep the framed artwork exposed to direct sunlight for extended period of time. Long term exposure to direct sunlight may cause the painting to discolour. Once you receive the painting/art print, please lay it flat. Larger prints that ship rolled up in mailing tubes, may need about 24 hours to straighten out before framing.
Shipping Cost and Tracking
Art prints and collectibles are shipped within 3-5 business days. Once I ship the artwork, I will share the tracking ID via email with you. There are two methods of shipping:

Import Taxes/Duty Fee
Buyers are responsible for paying for any additional duty/taxes/fees

- Normal : Usually takes up to a month to reach depending on the destination
- Priority : Usually reaches in 12-15 business days depending on the destination
