No, I don’t. Currently, I operate only via my website www.mojaartshop.com

I have placed an order, but haven’t received an email confirmation yet. How should I know that my order is confirmed?

An order confirmation email is sent after every order is placed. If you don’t see an email in your inbox, request you to kindly check your Spam folder in your email.

I have placed an order. How much time will it take to deliver the product?

The dispatch time is mentioned against each product. The delivery time post-dispatch varies based on location. You should be able to track your order if you have opted for the Tracking option.

How can I check the delivery charges for my location?

The delivery charge will reflect on your screen at the time of checkout once address is added.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do ship internationally to selected countries. List of countries can be found here (Click Here) Section III. Information about the store in the Terms and Conditions.
